- • Extra beds are available on request.
- • The road leading up to the cottage may not be concrete.
- • This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- • In case of a power outage, the 5 KVA inverter can support all the appliances for up to 4 to 6 hours. Additionally, a generator is also available for power backup on request.
- • Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here. However, due to the location it has limited connectivity.
- • Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- • There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- • The caretaker stays in the vicinity of the property and is available till 9 PM.
- • Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location.
- • This is a standalone property.

- • Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- • Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- • Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in.
- • Full refund for cancellations for 12 hours from time of booking. This does not apply to bookings where the Check-in date is 7 days from the date of confirmation of booking.
- • After 12 hour window passes, bookings are not cancellable, non refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- • Refunds into your bank accounts usually take 5-7 working days.

Damage or Losses
- • The Guests shall be responsible for checking and reporting any damage to the Property or its equipment, appliances, cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture, fittings, furnishing, finishing, structure, etc. therein within 30 minutes of Check-In. If the Guest fails to report any of the damages after such specified period, such damage shall be deemed to have occurred during the stay of the Guest and the Guest shall be held responsible for such damages and resulting charges thereof.
- • Guests shall be responsible for reimbursing RAHO for any such damage/breakage caused by the Guests to the Property or any of the things attached to it such as equipment, appliances, cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture, fittings, furnishing, finishing, structure, etc. during their stay without demure.
- • Guests shall use the Property, including its equipment, appliances, cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture, fittings, etc. with utmost care and without causing any intentional, unintentional, or accidental damage to them.
- • At the time of check-out, the Guest shall leave the Property in good order and reasonably clean condition except for normal usage. The Guests shall agree and understand that in case any damage or breakage is caused to a single item forming a set unless an identical replacement can be found, Guests shall be liable to replace the entire set. For example, if a glass in a set of 6 glasses is broken/chipped, the Guest shall be responsible for replacing all 6 glasses of the set; if the upholstery of a sofa is damaged, the Guest will be responsible for the replacement of the upholstery of all the sofas. Further, RAHO shall get such repairs/replacement of damages done on behalf of the Guests, at the Guests’ sole cost and expense.
- • If the Guest has damaged any item during their stay, then Guests shall be liable to pay the same, without demure, within 7 (seven) days of such demand being raised by RAHO (amount of repair/ replacement of equipment, appliances, furniture, fittings, furnishing, finishing, and artifacts, etc.)
