Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in.
- Full refund for cancellations for 12 hours from time of booking. This does not apply to bookings where the Check-in date is 7 days from the date of confirmation of booking.
- After 12 hour window passes, bookings are not cancellable, non refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- Refunds into your bank accounts usually take 5-7 working days.
