Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.

A 24-hour free cancellation window is applicable from the time of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 7 days away.

Cancellations made between 11 to 30 days prior to check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.

Alternatively, guests may reschedule their stay to any RAHO property of equal or higher value, with any price difference adjusted accordingly.

Cancellations made within 10 days of check-in are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

The 24-hour cancellation window is not applicable for bookings where the check-in date is within 7 days of confirmation.
